The Dual Membership is a Training & Nutrition Plan customised to you.

                                                                       

For $55 PER WEEK

The Training & Nutrition Membership is for clients wanting specialist coaching in Training & Nutrition + Supplementation & Recovery. The customised plan will be tailored specifically to you, with continuous coaching support and weekly check-ins through the Creed Coaching App. The Creed Coaching App will be the central location for all thing communication, check-ins, daily tasks, plan updates and access to your custom plans.

What this membership includes:

  • Customised Nutrition Plan - Tailored specifically to you, taking into consideration your experience level, dietary requirements, sports and lifestyle.
  • Customised Training Plan - Tailored specifically to you, taking into consideration your experience level and what types of training methods work best for your body such as Strength cycles or Hypertrophy cycles. 
  • 24/7 Access to the Creed Coaching App - The Creed Coaching App will be the central location for all thing communication, check-ins, daily tasks, plan updates and access to your custom plans.
  • Automated Weekly Membership Payments - Automated weekly membership payments will begin after the initial payment and once the first plan is received, making the payment process easy and straight forward.
  • Initial Consultation Call - At initiation of membership for us to discuss you and your goals.
  • Limitless adjustments to Plan - Changes to plan can be made at anytime throughout the membership, from small adjustments to large adjustments such as cutting or bulking cycle phases.
  • Weekly check-ins - Will occur every Sunday, where you will be able to provide feedback on the plan and allow your coach to make any needed changes for the coming week.
  • Supplementation Support - Receive guidance and advice on supplementation for sports performance, digestion and energy.
  • Exercise & Recovery Guidance - Receive guidance on how exercises are to be performed effectively to see the best results and Recovery methods done additional to training to improve performance.
  • Minimum 6 Week Lock-In Period - The Training & Nutrition Membership has a minimum 6 week lock-in period (This will begin from the day you receive your first plan).
